Father’s Day is always a signal to me school is out and we are several weeks into the heart of the summer season. Father’s Day is a special time to recognize the sanctity of fatherhood which first comes from the Fatherhood of God. When we recognize the fatherhood of God, then and only then can fatherhood be a special gift and calling for a man. Siring a child does not make a man into a father.
